Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Missouri seeks an assembly/upholstery worker to join our production cell. The shift runs 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday with mandatory overtime on Fridays, and the ability to stand up to 10 hours at a time.

You will perform upholstering, frame, cushion, final assembly and packaging tasks using staple guns, drills and air tools, ensuring quality finished units while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repetitive assembly tasks in a factory environment.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and support equipment safely.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull when required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team atmosphere and rotate through cell positions as needed.
• Proper use of Kan Ban containers and assembly tools.
• Assemble furniture components following specifications and notes.
