Job summary

Solar Atmospheres in Souderton, PA is hiring a Furnace Operator for a 2nd shift role. You will work independently on vacuum heat treating and brazing projects, handling multiple tasks from start to finish.

Training is available for all duties, with growth potential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers pay starting at $21/hour plus a $0.50 shift differential on a Tuesday–Friday schedule, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills helpful.
• Reliable and organized with multitasking ability.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with physical tasks.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience/licensure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and change out furnace loads and pack orders.
• Operate furnaces and other shop equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
