Based in Indianapolis, Indiana the actual title of position will perform essential job functions associate with heat treatment under the direction of the Production Manager to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees as needed.
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Heat Treating Technician. Depending on your skills and experience, this role may be filled at one of the following levels:
Level C: Entry Level: 0 to 24 months of heat treating experience.You will be expected to learn and grow in your role, with guidance from senior team members.
You should have a proven track record in heat treating, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
You will lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and make strategic contributions to the department.
