Bodycote, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Heat Treating Technician. This position involves performing essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the Production Manager, requiring candidates to have a high school diploma or equivalent and specific qualifications.
As a technician, you'll assist in operations of heat treating equipment, maintain safety practices, and ensure quality. The role will involve lifting, standing for prolonged periods, and possibly working overtime and weekends.

Candidates must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and basic physical; have the ability to work full‑time, 40+ hours per week. The hours for this position are {hours & days}. Due to the nature of our business and a heavy industrial market, Bodycote deems this position to be safety‑sensitive.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Heat Treating Technician. Depending on your skills and experience, this role may be filled at one of the following levels:
You will be expected to learn and grow in your role, with guidance from senior team members.
You should have a proven track record in heat treating, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
You will lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and make strategic contributions to the department.
