Bodycote in Canton, MI is seeking a Heat Treater C-level technician to perform heat treating under supervision to meet customer specs. Roles include loading/unloading furnaces, monitoring equipment, and contributing to safety and efficiency on night shift.
The position offers growth across levels, with Level C (entry) to Level A (senior) as you gain experience in heat treating. Strong teamwork and adherence to procedures are essential.

Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and basic physical; have the ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30am.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Heat Treating Technician. Depending on your skills and experience, this role may be filled at one of the following levels:
You will be expected to learn and grow in your role, with guidance from senior team members.
You should have a proven track record in heat treating, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
You will lead initiatives, mentor junior team members, and make strategic contributions to the department.
