Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/machine operator experience of 3+ years preferred.
• Ability to read process sheets and prints.
• Ability to work with close tolerances.
• Knowledge of using verniers, calipers and micrometers preferred, but can train.
• Working with quality control and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Tapping – operation at semi-automatic tapping unit with fixtures.
• Resistance welding – operator loads parts and processes welds.
• Oversight of automated equipment and systems.
• Furnace brazing – load copper substrates and silver buttons, inspect exits.
• Perform quality checks using control parameters.
• Material transactions using MRP system for production lots.
• Support a safety culture by following all safety rules and reporting incidents.
