Job summary

Based in South Windsor, CT, Bodycote plc seeks a Braze Assembly C to perform heat-treatment prep for brazing under the Braze Manager. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, preparing components per blueprints, and maintaining safety standards in a heavy industrial environment. Qualification requires high school diploma, 0–2 years brazing experience, ability to read blueprints, and basic English communication.

ITAR compliance applies; candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of brazing experience.
• Must read blueprints/specifications.
• Must wear required safety equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting customer parts for brazing.
• Preparing parts for brazing per blueprints/specifications, including cleaning and assembly.
• Promotes safety and good housekeeping.
• Work in EMS.
• Care and treatment of customer inventory; prevent loss or damage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
