Job summary

Sci Corp in Brentwood, MD is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant to provide clerical support and compassionate service for funeral operations. You will greet families, answer inquiries, prepare service documents, and assist with ceremonies as required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and databases; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist client families and other visitors with information.
• Prepare documents related to services and cremations as directed.
• Assist with funeral, memorial and other services as requested.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment, and perform clerical tasks.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service setup and transportation.
