• Handle office duties: phones, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, and other equipment.
• Run errands for supplies and floral deliveries as needed.
• Serve as usher and assist with transportation of families.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups.
• Ensure refreshments are available in accordance with policy.
• Assist with visitations, memorials, and funeral ceremonies.
