Talentify seeks an organized Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator to support funeral home operations in Oakland, CA. You will dispatch resources and vehicles, handle removal paperwork, and coordinate visitations and memorial services to meet schedules. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

You will maintain inventory, handle supplies, and ensure top-tier customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six months scheduling or logistics experience.
• Current valid driver's license may be required.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch resources to meet client family needs and schedule crew and vehicles.
• Process removal paperwork and maintain embalming documentation where required.
• Coordinate visits, removals, transfers, and memorial services per schedule and company standards.
• Manage location inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with teams and families.
