Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license may be required.
• Minimum of six (6) months scheduling or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office, e-mail, internet and other software required or willingness to learn.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch resources to meet client families needs and coordinate removals, visitations and transfers.
• Schedule staff and vehicles to ensure services are provided as planned.
• Maintain strong customer service relationships with internal and external clients.
• Manage location inventory of caskets and cremation containers.
