Sci Corp is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for funeral operations and to interact with the public in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities include assisting on services, managing phones, preparing documents, and helping with transportation and setup for visits and ceremonies.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience is preferred; proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new databases

• Customer-facing role experience is preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and database familiarity are a plus.
• Strong communication and compassionate service are essential.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist clients and families with information and directions.
• Answer phones and relay messages accurately.
• Assist during services, including setup of chairs, flowers, and keepsakes.
• Support funeral and memorial services as requested by management.
• Run errands and perform light office duties (fax, postage, filing).
• Drive or accompany families as needed and assist with transportation.
• Ensure refreshments are available where permitted by law.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles as required.
