Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and databases preferred; ability and willingness to learn required.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
• High level of compassion and integrity; clear and concise verbal and written communication; professional behaviors and team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services, delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance as directed by management.
• Assists with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting, or operation of crematory as permitted by law.
• Performs office duties: answering phones, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, debit machine, and other equipment.
