The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for part-time Funeral Service Instructors to teach on-site at the Bridgewater Campus. Instructors will utilize hyflex technology for courses during the Spring semester.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, ABFSE accreditation and three years of relevant experience. Teaching responsibilities include providing instruction, assessing student outcomes, and maintaining attendance records.
The position is non-benefited with compensation based on the DCE PayScale.
The Funeral Service Instructor(s) will teach any one of the courses in the Funeral Service Program according to ABFSE accreditation requirements. The instructor will teach in‑person from the Bridgewater Campus using hyflex technology (students in‑person and via Zoom simultaneously). Classes will be offered during the Spring semester (January 15 – May 15, 2026) on weekdays at various times, including day and evening options.

Anticipated starting salary – Step I DCE PayScale; Part‑time, non‑benefited. MCCC Unit Position.
