Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned life insurance sales professional to close pre-set appointments and guide families through preneed planning. You will work with a premier funeral home partner to meet clients, understand their final wishes, and offer peace of mind to loved ones.

Independence is balanced with strong team support from 50+ appointment-setting specialists. The ideal candidate has a life insurance license (or ability to obtain one), 5+ years of consultative sales, excellent listening

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Close pre-set appointments with clients during meetings.
• Represent a premier funeral home partner in qualified client meetings.

• Close pre-set appointments with clients, typically lasting 90 minutes
• Represent a premier funeral home partner in qualified client meetings
• Connect with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind to their loved ones
• Work independently while receiving support from a team of over 50 appointment-setting agents
• Use organizational tools, mentorship, coaching, lead generation, and strategic marketing resources to support sales efforts
• Help families prearrange intentional plans through preneed insurance services

Requirements

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
