Job summary

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services in Hayward, CA seeks a Funeral Sales Associate to lead pre-need and at-need cemetery sales, serving families with empathy and integrity.

You will build consultative relationships, guide selection of final arrangements, and work within a faith-centered, supportive team in a fast-paced environment where every day offers meaningful opportunities to help others.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus and prospecting experience is valued in growing a compassionate community.

Qualifications

• Proven prospecting experience in sales.
• 2-4 years of performance-based sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment and alignment with values.
• Strong organizational skills and passion for helping people.

Location: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery & Funeral Center -Hayward, CA

Do you want to use your sales skills to do something more meaningful? We are looking for a Funeral Sales Associate to join our team for pre-need sales, as well as at-need cemetery sales. As our Funeral Sales Associate, you will be the primary contact for families during their time of grief and assist them in their choices for their family member's final arrangements.

• You will focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of the families
