Sci Corp in Harrisburg, PA seeks an Operations Accountant/Manager to oversee accounting and daily operational activities for funeral home and cemetery services. You will manage AR/AP, cash controls, payroll processes, HR paperwork, and reporting to ensure timely, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, and Accounts Payable experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Solid computer skills and basic office equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections of accounts receivable and payments of accounts payable invoices.
• Oversee cash handling, petty cash, deposits and reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll-related processes and HR paperwork for new hires.
• Coordinate office supplies, inventory, reports and KPI stack rankings.
• Support contracts, SOX compliance training, and corporate policies.
