Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of a funeral home, cemetery and/or crematory location in Puerto Rico. The role includes AR/AP oversight, cash handling, payroll processing support, and reporting.

You will coordinate HR tasks, maintain vendor and GPL documentation, and assist with audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Verify and process cash deposits and petty cash handling.
• Prepare and review financial and operational reports.
• Coordinate HR processes including new hire paperwork and employee records.
• Maintain General Price Lists (GPLs) and update as needed.
• Assist with SOX compliance and required audits.
• Support location management and ensure timely work orders with proper documentation.
