Job summary

You will coordinate with funeral teams, assist in transfers, and ensure a respectful, smooth experience for visitors and mourners.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in client relations or related field.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Greet client families and provide information or assistance as needed.
• Assist the team in moving the casketed deceased and related items in/out of the visitation area or chapel.
• Ensure lobby, chapels, restrooms and reception areas are clean and prepared for services.
• Assist client families in/out of limousines with emphasis on handicapped/elderly care.
• Assist in funeral services and visitation, including greeting visitors and coordinating pallbearers/parking.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate teamwork, detail orientation and time management.
