Job summary

Park Lawn Corporation is seeking an Ambassador to assist during funeral and memorial services, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client family experiences. You will support Funeral Directors and location staff, greeting families, guiding guests, and coordinating visitor flow to chapel services.

No prior experience is required, and you’ll work in a professional environment with emphasis on respect, empathy, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing.
• No prior experience required.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.
• Attend and perform work in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs client families and their guests to the correct chapel.
• Directs visitors to guest book and distributes memorialization materials.
• Answers questions and assists with serving client families during visitation and memorialization.
• Receives and places flowers in chapels.
• Ensures refreshments are available to client families and their guests.
• Maintains lobby, chapels, restrooms and reception areas pre/post services.
• Oversees parking area and ceremonial vehicle arrangements.
