Job summary

Baue Funeral Home - O'Fallon is seeking an Ambassador to support funeral and memorial services, guiding families and guests to chapels, distributing memorial materials, and assisting with visitations to ensure a seamless experience.

You will help with flowers, refreshments, and maintaining clean spaces while coordinating vehicle movement for ceremonies and representing the business professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Attend and perform work professionally and courteously.
• Willingness to engage in growing market share through community involvement.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs client families and guests to the correct chapel.
• Directs visitors to guest books and materials for memorialization.
• Assists with questions and supports families during visitation and services.
• Receives flowers and ensures refreshments are available.
• Keeps public spaces clean and prepared for services.
• Oversees parking and vehicle arrangements for processions.
• Assists with transporting families to service locations if needed.
• Represents the business professionally and ethically in the community.
