Job summary

Precoa is seeking licensed Funeral Directors to grow our preneed sales by building client relationships and closing pre-set appointments. You’ll work with a team that provides expert coaching, leads, and proactive appointment setting, supported by nationwide marketing programs and an uncapped earning potential.

You’ll engage families to plan final wishes, balance work-life, and benefit from a structured, results-driven environment with regional and nationwide incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Must have Funeral Director license.
• Applicable state insurance license and preneed license/certification where applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or 1–2 years in-person sales/customer service in a senior market.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments to earn base salary and commission with uncapped earnings.
• Leverage lead generation programs and strategic marketing provided at no cost.
• Represent one of our premier funeral home partners in qualified client meetings (60–90 mins).
• Participate in coaching and performance guidelines to succeed in a growing industry.
