Job summary

Precoa is seeking a licensed Funeral Director to drive preneed conversations and support partner funeral homes across the Mid-Atlantic. You will focus on helping families plan in advance and elevate service standards while maintaining strong relationships with local communities.

The role emphasizes lead generation, networking, and closing qualified appointments, with uncapped commission and meaningful earning potential. Life insurance license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Funeral Director License REQUIRED.

You’re a licensed Funeral Director who takes pride in your craft and understands the value of support during times where it’s needed most. You care deeply about families and want your expertise to matter earlier in their journey.

This role allows you to focus on preneed, helping families make informed decisions in advance, while supporting one or more of our premier funeral home partners across the Mid-Atlantic.

You’ll reinforce trusted funeral homes, protect their legacy, and elevate service standards across multiple communities, without carrying the full operational weight alone. If you’re ready for a new chapter, this could be a great fit!
