Precoa is seeking a licensed Funeral Director to balance serving families with work‑life stability. You will close pre-set appointments, leverage coaching and proactive lead generation, and represent premier funeral homes in meaningful meetings with clients seeking final arrangements.

You will operate within a supportive structure that includes a competitive W2 base salary, commission, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for incentives and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed Funeral Director with strong client-service focus.
• State insurance license and Preneed license/certification as applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 1–2 years in-person sales/customer service, preferably in a senior market.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments and drive sales with a competitive base salary plus commission.
• Lead representation of one of our premier funeral home partners in 60–90 minute client meetings.
• Utilize lead generation programs and strategic marketing support provided at no cost.
• Help families plan final wishes and provide peace of mind through compassionate service.
