• Education: State specific required diploma or accreditations.
• Certification/License: Holds and maintains any State specific licensing and/or certifications.
• Experience: At least five (5) years of funeral home, care center and/or decedent care preparation.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in communication, training, problem solving, and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Embalming and Preparation: performs embalmer and cosmetologist duties and may have crematory responsibilities; maintains preparation room and safety compliance.
• Quality Control and Training: inspects deceased, develops training aids, and conducts training activities; ensures OSHA and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervision: oversees day-to-day care center operations, develops schedules, delegates assignments, ensures policy compliance.
• People Development: builds a strong team, monitors licensing/training, coordinates staffing and hires/promotions.
