You will enter transfer instructions, verify details, and support end-of-day ledger processing while guiding less experienced associates and upholding risk management standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related banking or operations experience.
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enters transfer instructions and performs necessary verifications.
• Handles instruction receipts and authentication.
• Completes processing of end-of-day general ledger entries.
• Executes transactions and maintains records.
• Provides advice and guidance to less experienced associates as needed.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices.
• May perform quality reviews to ensure production systems are posting properly.
