Job description

• Conduct daily transactions of funds transfer.Input local customer payment transactions and other manual payments, repair US Dollar clearing transactions as operators, and ensure the payment input timely and accurately.
• Conduct funds transfer investigation based on inquiry of customers or correspondent banks.
• Process the OFAC related investigation as per the request of Compliance department.
• Perform CHIPS and FED mandatory tests.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking of all Dealing Room transactions into the T24 accounting system.Ensure that all deals transacted by the Dealing Room are promptly and independently confirmed, and that confirmation covers all relevant particulars (settlement date and instructions, rate, maturity, rollover if applicable).
• File administration for funds transfer area including organizing, maintaining and safe keeping the documents.
• Work with IT department and supervisor to conduct payment related system implementation and enhancement tests.
• Prepare funds transfer related reports to management.
• Work with supervisor to develop strong funds transfer functions within Operations Department

II.Additional Responsibilities

• Work with Treasury department and Compliance department for KYC process of treasury related counterparties.
• Work with the Compliance and Risk Management Officers to develop appropriate lines of business controls.
• Attend BSA/AML training program, assume responsibility, as appropriate, to report suspicious activity to BSA/AML Officer.
• Work with the supervisor for any additional responsibilities.
• Back up for other business functions as required.

III.Qualifications Required

• B.A. degree and above, advanced degree in business, finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience with international bank is preferred).
• Knowledge of basic banking business, such as account opening, characteristics of different account types, etc. is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer services skills.
• Strong priority skills and the ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment, detail oriented work mind, and good capability in learning new knowledge and skills.
• Chinese and English bilingual written and oral communication skills.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000 and $100,000 per year.
