Job summary

You will partner with assigning attorneys and practice leaders to balance workloads and advance team effectiveness, including recruiting, onboarding and performance management.

The role focuses on process improvement, cross-office coordination and driving efficiency through automation and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in staffing, utilization and workflow coordination at a professional services firm is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, utilization and workload distribution for the Funds paralegal team.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding and training; manage performance reviews and coaching.
• Coordinate with Practice Directors and Firm leadership to improve processes and implement automation and AI tools.
