Job summary

Sterne Kessler is seeking a Manager of the IP Litigation Paralegal Team to oversee strategic and operational management of the Trial & Appellate Group paralegal team. You will drive high-quality legal support, oversee development, and align resources with firm-wide litigation goals. This is a hybrid role from the D.C.

area with travel for trial locations as needed. Lead staffing, performance management, and budget considerations while maintaining expert workflow processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or advanced legal training preferred.
Minimum 10 years of IP litigation paralegal experience.
Advanced knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, trial preparation, and court filing systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee paralegal support for all phases of litigation under PGL and TAG leadership.
Ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness, and client service excellence across paralegal work.
Monitor deadlines, docketing, court rules, and compliance for U.S. and foreign matters.
