Winston Taylor LLP seeks a Funds Innovation & Knowledge Management Attorney to turn recurring workstreams into repeatable tools, templates, and processes for fund formation, investor negotiations, side letters, closings, and ongoing operations.

The role focuses on translating how the Funds group works into scalable tools, with an emphasis on knowledge management, practice operations, and profitability, reporting to the Funds practice. This is a non-partnership track position.

Formación

• JD required. All candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
• 4+ years relevant experience, preferably in private funds or investment management.
• Must live within commuting distance and be willing to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Experience with fund formation, investor negotiations, side letters, subscriptions, or fund operations preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and drafting skills in a matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build knowledge infrastructure by developing and maintaining Funds libraries and templates.
• Prototype AI tools and translate guidance into Funds workflows and training.
• Drive adoption of standardized workflows across formation, regulatory, and investor matters.
• Manage initiatives end-to-end with stakeholders and defined success metrics.
• Monitor legal, regulatory, and market developments and prepare client updates.
• Maintain a 500-hour annual billable expectation on active Funds matters.
