The Maples Group, a leading global financial services provider, seeks an Assistant Vice President–Funds Fiduciary in Delaware. The role supports CSPs in fiduciary oversight, fund administration, and client service across diverse funds, coordinating with external counsel, fund administrators, and other parties in multiple jurisdictions.

Key duties include reviewing financial statements and tax documentation, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record.
• 3–4 years of experience in the financial services industry; back- or middle-office functions or related discipline preferred.
• Understanding of investment funds, alternative investment structures, and related securities.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing transaction documents, financial statements, and supporting corporate records.
• Knowledge of corporate governance principles, fiduciary responsibilities, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support CSPs with administration and fiduciary oversight of a diverse portfolio of funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in financial statement reviews, engagement letters, and related documentation.
• Prepare, review, and submit U.S. and foreign tax-related documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate client invoices and assist with billing for existing and newly onboarded mandates.
• Contribute to team capability development through trainings and knowledge sharing.
