The salary range is $160,000 to $220,000, and the compensation package includes equity, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of fund-formation experience within the investment-management space.
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act and other U.S. regulations.
• Law-firm or in-house experience at an asset-management firm is a plus.

• Negotiate agreements with fund managers and distribution agents.
• Draft and review private fund offering materials and legal documentation.
• Advise on legal implications of new and existing products.
