The Maples Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Vice President to support Client Service Professionals in fiduciary oversight of a diverse fund portfolio. You will liaise with clients and third-party providers to maintain strong controls and compliance while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include onboarding coordination, stakeholder engagement across legal, investment, and fund administrator partners, tax documentation preparation, and KPI-driven performance support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3–4 years experience in the financial services industry; back-/middle-office experience preferred.
• Understanding of investment funds, alternative investment structures, and related securities.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing transaction documents, financial statements, and supporting corporate records.
• Knowledge of corporate governance principles, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support CSPs with administration and fiduciary oversight of a portfolio of funds.
• Coordinate client onboarding and new business enquiries with stakeholders.
• Engage with external stakeholders including legal counsel, investment managers, fund administrators, and prime brokers across jurisdictions.
• Assist CSPs with preparation, review, and submission of tax-related documentation for compliance.
• Support CSPs in achieving quarterly KPI objectives and broader business goals.
• Serve as administrator for a limited portfolio of fiduciary mandates and day-to-day administration.
• Participate in client calls, board meetings, and other engagements.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction data in internal systems and billing records.
