Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm seeking a Funds Associate with three to five years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and securities background and experience advising investment funds through their lifecycle, including exposure to private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds.

We will consider candidates for any office, including The Link; however, no searches in New Jersey, New York, or California.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of the applying office or a commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
• Three to five years of experience preferred in corporate/securities matters with fund exposure.
• Experience advising investment funds through lifecycle, plus exposure to private equity, private credit, or venture capital funds.
