The role supports our Financial Services & Capital Markets group; candidates may join any office or our virtual office, The Link, and must hold an active bar license in the relevant state or commit to obtaining one promptly.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of the applying office or commitment to obtain it soon.
• Three to five years of experience in general corporate and securities, with fund experience.
• Experience advising investment funds and investors across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Advise funds through all stages of their lifecycle and coordinate with clients.
• Work with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
• Contribute legal strategies and action plans under pressure.
