Husch Blackwell seeks a Funds Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our national firm. The role may be based in any office or via The Link virtual office; however, candidates in New Jersey, New York, or California are not being considered at this time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate and securities background and experience advising investment funds, including private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds, with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team.

Qualifications

• General corporate and securities background.
• Experience advising investment funds through their lifecycle.
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds through all lifecycle stages.
• Advise investors in such funds and collaborate with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and manage multiple projects under pressure.
