Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple offices and a virtual option. An immediate opening exists for a Funds Associate with three to five years of experience, focused on corporate and securities matters in the funds space, working primarily with the Financial Services & Capital Markets team.

Bar admission in the relevant state (or promptly obtained) is expected. Candidates with private equity, private credit, and venture capital fund experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience with funds and securities matters.
• Experience advising investment funds through all stages of their lifecycle.
• Active bar license in the applicable state or ability to obtain one promptly.

Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds through their lifecycle in collaboration with the Securities & Financial Services team.
• Support clients and fund sponsors with transactional and ongoing compliance matters.
• Contribute to business development and client service initiatives within the Funds practice.
