American Heart Association in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Development Director to drive Heart Walk revenue and sponsor engagements. This is a hybrid, travel-heavy role with up to 75% travel and performance-based incentives up to 25% of base pay.

You will build corporate partnerships, develop fundraising proposals, recruit volunteers, and coordinate events with the Heart Walk team while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing for campaign communications.

Qualificações

• 3 years of fundraising, sales, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% locally, with overnight trips as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Generate revenue by prospecting and securing Heart Walk sponsorships and donations.
• Build pipeline of corporate sponsors and donors with outreach and research.
• Develop proposals to secure funding and engage volunteers.
• Recruit and manage volunteers for events and leadership teams.
• Plan events with internal and external partners and Heart Walk team.
• Lead Cor Vitae engagement and member events.
• Maintain CRM data for volunteers and supporters.
