The role emphasizes an in-person presence and involves building a sponsor/donor pipeline, presenting proposals, and coordinating volunteers for events. Base salary with incentive potential aligns with nonprofit fundraising norms in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• 3 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel daily up to 75% with possible overnights; reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by securing local corporate sponsorships and individual donations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of sponsors and donors; align with campaign goals.
• Develop proposals and materials to secure revenue and volunteer engagement.
• Recruit and lead executive volunteer leadership and day-of-event volunteers.
• Recruit corporate teams for Heart Walk and motivate fundraising.
• Plan and implement engagement events for Cor Vitae donors.
• Coordinate events with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure data integrity.
