Job summary

Catholic Charities of Ingham, Eaton & Clinton Counties is seeking a Development and Partnerships Manager to secure funding and build strategic relationships that advance its mission. The position requires 2-5+ years in fundraising or related fields, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of fundraising, grant writing, partnerships, or event planning experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and manage grant proposals and reports.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies and packages.
• Plan and execute fundraising and community events from concept to completion.
• Track and report fundraising activities and outcomes; maintain donor records.
