Job summary

LifeSTEPS is hiring for a full-time Fund Development Operations Coordinator in the Sacramento, CA area. This role provides administrative, operational, and donor relations support to the Fund Development Department, coordinating donor stewardship and maintaining donor data.

Responsibilities include assisting with campaigns, marketing initiatives, scholarship programs, and community engagement, while delivering exceptional customer service to strengthen donor relationships and advance LifeSTEPS'

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
1-2 years related experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or nonprofit development.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree.
Experience working in a non-profit setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and donor relations support for annual fundraising campaigns.
Prepare donor recognition materials and assist with stewardship activities.
Support annual appeal fundraising efforts including calls, mailings, and asks.
Maintain Raiser's Edge data and generate reports to support campaigns.
Contribute to marketing and communications plans and track impact stories.
