Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead annual peer-to-peer fundraising events across Fond du Lac, Sheboygan and Washington Counties. You will recruit and coach volunteers, build corporate and community partnerships, and drive revenue growth through proven strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Confident, goal-oriented, independent with strong collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to manage large numbers of volunteers with diplomacy.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within territory; valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s fundraising events across Fond du Lac, Sheboygan and Washington Counties.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to meet fundraising goals.
• Cultivate relationships with community and corporate partners to grow revenue and participation.
• Coach volunteers using proven strategies and best practices to drive year-over-year growth.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and milestones with data-driven approaches.
