Job summary

Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Colorado is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Development Senior Manager/Director to lead National Council membership and the Annual Fund, driving growth, renewal, and unrestricted giving. The role supervises 1–2 staff, partners with events, and maintains Raiser's Edge data integrity to support fundraising goals on a busy campus.

You will engage donors, plan campaigns, attend Ranch events, and cultivate community relationships across the Roaring Fork Valley,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years (Senior Manager) or 6+ years (Director) of professional fundraising experience.
• Solid experience in membership/annual giving programs and event-based fundraising.
• Substantial direct fundraising experience required.
• Familiarity with philanthropy in the Roaring Fork Valley preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead National Council membership, stewardship, renewal, and growth strategies.
• Direct Annual Fund campaigns and year-round solicitations.
• Supervise 1-2 development staff, set roles and metrics.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge data integrity and generate reports.
• Represent the Ranch at events and engage with the community.
