Job summary

Northwest Catholic High School seeks an energetic Assistant Director of Annual Giving & Events to lead the Office of Advancement’s fundraising and alumni-relations efforts. You will manage annual giving programs, direct mail, events, donor recognition, and data reporting from Raiser's Edge and other CRM tools.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the role requires cultivating donors, planning events (golf, gala), and growing engagement while attending evening or weekend events and regional

Qualifications

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for Catholic education.
• Donor and alumni engagement experience in educational settings preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a mission-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for events and regional activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote Catholic mission in school life and public engagement.
• Plan, execute, and track annual giving strategy and donor acknowledgments.
• Steward a donor portfolio, grow annual fund engagement and donations.
• Analyze donor data to inform solicitation and communication strategies.
• Coordinate alumni events and reunions; support website and social media engagement.
• Use Raiser's Edge and other CRM tools to engage donors and manage data.
• Attend evening/weekend events and travel regionally as needed.
