Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Event or Management-related work.
• Associate's Degree
• Experience supporting work on a development team and coordinating events
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of fundraising events from concept through completion
• Coordinate event logistics, including dates, locations, participants, formats, and run-of-show details
• Assist with sponsor outreach, donor engagement, and relationship management
• Help develop event communications, production plans, budgets, and related materials
• Track event performance, prepare reports, and support analysis to inform future planning
• Perform other duties, as needed
