Job summary

University of Oklahoma is seeking a Resource Development Intern to support the JLLS Luncheon and related fundraising initiatives. This role helps with donor portfolios and event logistics, assisting with the Spring Campaign and donor stewardship to strengthen relationships.

The intern will support planning for the WCWS Park for a Purpose, recruit volunteers, and help with sponsorships while representing the organization professionally to donors and community contacts.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate Fall 2026 term at the University of Oklahoma.
• Pursuing a BA/BS in Non-Profit/Public Management or related field.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must have resume and class schedule ready for submission.

Responsibilities

• Assist the JLLS Luncheon logistics, timelines, and goals.
• Support the WCWS Park for a Purpose logistics and donor engagement.
• Assist Camp Trivera Manager with volunteer recruitment and sponsorships.
• Assist in donor recognition for JLLS and WCWS and represent the organization professionally.
• Provide high quality customer service to donors, members, volunteers, staff, and community contacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
