Qualifications

• Current UCO student meeting enrollment requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with donor and prospect information.
• Strong writing, research, organizational, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Directors of Development and Directors of Development on activities throughout the donor development cycle, including prospect identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Conduct donor and prospect research using approved resources and develop concise profiles, briefings, and background materials to help development officers prepare for meetings, calls, visits, and events.
• Assist with the preparation of donor correspondence, meeting materials, proposals, presentations, reports, talking points, contact lists, and other fundraising materials.
• Support donor engagement by assisting with meeting preparation, scheduling, follow-up, and tracking next steps and action items.
