Excellent writing skills with proposals, grant reports, and donor communications.
Attention to detail and strong administration/coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare fundraising materials, including funding proposals and grant reports.
Conduct donor prospect research and create donor briefings.
Assist in donor moves management from cultivation to solicitation.
Coordinate meetings and events with donors on- and off-campus.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of the LaGuardia Foundation.
Develop board materials, agendas, reports, and presentations.
Maintain board database and track official records for meetings.
