Mission Hospice & Home Care in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Fundraising Database Coordinator to manage gift processing and donor records, while supporting fundraising communications and events. The role may provide shared support for By the Bay Health and Hope Hospice as needed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with after-hours/weekend availability for events. Pay range is $26.00–$28.00 per hour, and vaccine requirements are followed for healthcare personnel.

Competenze

• Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience suitable for the position
• Two years of relevant experience in gift processing, donor database administration, fundraising operations, financial transaction processing, or comparable work preferred.

Mansioni

• Gift Processing and Database Administration duties including processing gifts and maintaining donor records in Salesforce and fundraising systems
• Fundraising, Communications and Event Support including preparing donor lists, reports, mailing files, exports, and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities.
