Job summary

Greater Cleveland Food Bank is seeking an analytics-focused professional to support Development/Philanthropy with dashboards, budgeting, and donor analytics. You will partner with Sr Manager, Data and Philanthropy Operations to prepare financial and fundraising reports, manage data requests, and assist gift processing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience with fundraising CRM systems (Raiser's Edge) and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 3 years fundraising CRM experience or 5+ years in fundraising CRM/database roles preferred.
Experience with reporting, maintaining, and analyzing fundraising data.
Power BI and/or Tableau experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and deliver reports, dashboards, and donor analytics.
Support quarterly and annual Feeding America reporting and related projects.
Maintain Raiser's Edge and Power BI dashboards; troubleshoot issues.
Oversee departmental data requests and provide timely outputs to fundraisers and leadership.
Support gift processing and revenue forecasting activities as needed.
